….Verzendkosten en levertijd
Na ontvangst van uw bestelling wordt uw voer doorgaans binnen 2 werkdagen verzonden. Zodra uw pakket aan de transporteur overhandigd wordt, ontvangt u een e-mail met een tracking code.
BELGIË, NEDERLAND en DUITSLAND
Verzendkosten zijn 6,5 euro voor de eerste zak en daarna een lager supplement per extra zak / emmer. Het eindbedrag wordt zichtbaar wanneer u het land ingeeft in het bestelformulier.
INTERNATIONAAL
Wij verzenden naar alle EU landen. Voor internationale verzendingen is er een vast bedrag per bestelling, plus een supplement per zak / emmer. Het eindbedrag wordt zichtbaar wanneer u het land ingeeft in het bestelformulier. Voor landen die niet in de verzendlijst staan, neem gerust contact op.
Retourneringen en leveringsproblemen

Voor ongeopende en onbeschadigde verpakkingen geldt de wettelijke retourtermijn. De kosten voor retourzending naar ons adres in België of Nederland (volgens uw voorkeur) zijn voor rekening van de koper.

After receiving your order, your horse feed will usually be shipped within 2 working days. You will receive a track-and-trace e-mail as soon as your package has shipped.
BELGIUM, THE NETHERLANDS AND GERMANY
Shipping costs are at 6,5 euros for the first item, and a smaller surplus per extra item. Total shipping costs will be visible at check out, after selecting your country.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship to all countries within the European Union. For international shipments, shipping costs are a fixed amount per order plus an amount per item. Total shipping costs will be visible at check out, after selecting your country. For countries not in the shipping list, please contact us.

The legal return period applies to unopened and undamaged packaging. Returning costs to our address in Belgium or Holland are at your own expense.

Le délai de retour légal s'applique aux emballages non ouverts et non endommagés. Le retour vers notre adresse en Belgique ou en Hollande est à vos frais.
